The why
We were operators first.
Years of designing itineraries, chasing supplier rates by email, rebuilding the same quote five times in three currencies, and watching beautifully-crafted trips get rendered into spreadsheets the client would never open.
The software we had was built for a different kind of business — checkout flows, helpdesks, sales pipelines. It treated tour design like an upsell funnel. We disagreed. Tour design is editorial work. It deserves software that respects it.
So we built Deer Track — a studio for the entire journey, from the first sketch to the final invoice. Opinionated. Detailed. Made for people who care.
Principles
Tour design is a craft. Our defaults are the choices a thoughtful designer would have made — not a checklist to placate every persona.
If a working operator wouldn't be proud to send the output to a client, it doesn't ship. Every layout, document, and template is reviewed by someone who built trips for a living.
We will not ask you to configure twelve toggles to get a reasonable PDF. Strong defaults, opinionated taste, and a way out when you want one.
No animated mascots, no “AI-powered” stickers slapped on every feature. Just software that does its job, made by people who care about doing theirs.
Where
A small, distributed team working from Vilnius across six timezones. Operators on every continent we serve are within four business hours of a real human reply, in nine languages.
The entity
Deer Track is operated by MB Travel Solutions, a Lithuanian company. Independently owned and accountable only to the operators who use us. We also run two travel brands of our own — Hamilton & Chase Tours and OpenBaltics — so the software is built by people who run trips, not just write code.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough with someone who builds trips for a living — not a sales rep reading from a deck.
