What it costs, and how it bills.
Does it work for solo operators or only agencies?
Both. The Solo plan is designed for an independent agent running 30–80 trips a year. Studio adds team seats, multi-currency invoicing, a logistics board and team roles. No artificial seat caps inside a plan.
Will you take a cut of my payments?
No. We use Stripe Connect — payments route from your client direct to your bank account. Our platform fee on payments is 0%, always. Stripe charges its usual processing fee on both sides; we never add a markup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings — no phone call, no retention call. Your account stays accessible until the end of the billing period, then we keep your data available for export for another 30 days.
Data & privacy
Where your data lives, and who controls it.
Who owns my client data?
You do, entirely. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, and we delete it on request within 90 days. Full detail is in the Data Processing Addendum.
Are you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We’re a Lithuanian company, governed by the GDPR. The EU Standard Contractual Clauses are incorporated into our DPA, and our subprocessor list is published and updated at /legal/subprocessors.

What if I need an integration you don't have?
Today we book hotels through RateHawk, take payments through Stripe Connect and send client email through Gmail, and you can import your catalog and contacts from a spreadsheet. More connectors — GDS, accounting and CRM sync — are on the roadmap. If a connector you need is something several customers have asked for, we’ll prioritise it — write to partners@ and tell us.
Can you import my data from Excel or another tool?
Yes. CSV and XLSX import with header mapping for contacts and suppliers ships in the product. For migrations from Ezus, WeTravel, TourPlan or similar, our team handles the heavy lift as part of onboarding — included on every plan.
