We’re independently owned, bootstrapped, and built by people who ran tour operations for years before they wrote a line of code. Every hire shapes the product, the brand, and the company we become.

We don’t do performance theatre. No stand-ups for the sake of stand-ups, no rituals to convince ourselves we’re doing serious work. We hire senior, we trust people to do the job they were hired for, and we keep the surface area small enough that everyone can hold the whole product in their head.

Founding Account Executive

Our first dedicated sales hire. You'll work alongside the founders to land design partners, close mid-market DMCs and tour operators, and write the playbook the rest of the sales team will inherit.

  • Own the full cycle for inbound and outbound deals — from first call to signed Order Form.
  • Run live demos for travel directors and tour operators who'll catch you immediately if you don't know how a real itinerary gets built. Domain credibility is non-negotiable.
  • Shape pricing, packaging and Order Form language with the founders — your input will define how we sell for the next two years.
  • Build the relationships that turn first-trip customers into multi-seat Studio accounts.

Senior Product Engineer

Ship the things our customers actually feel — the itinerary builder, the PDF extractor, the document templates. Full-stack work across TypeScript, React, Postgres and edge runtimes, with real ownership of the surfaces you build.

  • Own features end-to-end: spec, ship, measure, iterate. No tickets handed down. No PMs in the middle of small decisions.
  • Care about the boring, load-bearing stuff: type safety, migrations, observability, error budgets. We don't ship UI on top of a wobbly foundation.
  • Pair regularly with the design team — interfaces here are an editorial product, not a spec to implement.
  • Help shape the AI features (PDF extraction, itinerary suggestions) with a healthy skepticism for the hype.

Product Designer

Design the entire studio — interfaces, document templates, motion, the visual system. Our customers ship beautiful trip documents to discerning travellers; what we make must hold up to the work it produces.

  • Lead design across the product, marketing site, and the editorial layout templates our customers ship to their clients.
  • Sweat type, density, and rhythm. We care more about a well-set table than a flashy hero animation.
  • Work directly with engineers in Figma and in code — small fixes ship without a handoff dance.
  • Travel-industry interest is a plus; an editorial sensibility is a must.

A small, paid take-home (€200, ~4 hours). Real work, not a puzzle.

Half a day with the team. You ship something with us — paid, of course.

Within 48 hours of the team day. We tell you exactly why, either way.
