Net is what the supplier charges the group; sell adds your margin. Per person is what each traveller carries for this service.

A supplier quotes 2, 3, 4 and 6 people. Your enquiry is for five. The tempting shortcut is the 4-person price — which quietly gives the fifth traveller the service for free. The calculator uses the safe rule:
Estimated rows are marked in the table. Treat them as a quote you still confirm with the supplier, not a rate you already have.
Group-priced services sit alongside per-person ones (tickets, meals) and per-room ones (hotels). The tour price calculator prices the whole mix, and how to price a tour package explains the method. In the Deer Track buildera service can carry its supplier’s ladder: change the number of travellers and the line re-prices itself by this same rule, marked “estimated” when the size was not listed.
Pax breaks are prices that change with the number of travellers. A guide or driver costs the same for two people or five, so suppliers quote a price per group size — '2 people €280, 3 people €335, 4 people €380' — and the price per person falls as the group grows.
Between two listed sizes, work in proportion: five people between a 4-person price of €380 and a 6-person price of €470 is €425. Above the largest size, use its price per person times the group. Below the smallest, charge the smallest size's full price. Never charge a bigger group a smaller group's total.
Most of a private service is a fixed cost — the guide's day, the vehicle, the driver. Shared by more travellers, each person's share is smaller. Tickets and meals are the exception: they are paid per person and do not fall.
Quote the per-person price for the party that is actually booking, and show the next sizes up and down if the group might change. If you publish one price for a departure, price it for the minimum group that makes the trip worth running.
